Our restaurant pays loving homage to the late Tina Cleland, daughter to an old New Orleans family who, despite living far from home, never failed to bring the spirit of New Orleans hospitality to all who knew her. At her table, people from all backgrounds and walks of life could forge lifelong friendships over meaningful conversation and a lovingly made meal.

Executive Chef & Owner

Chef David is the visionary behind Tina’s, Thailand’s first New Orleans contemporary fine-dining restaurant, where every dish tells a story and every bite is infused with the vibrant and rich flavors of New Orleans, Louisiana. As the Executive Chef & Owner of Tina’s, he brings two decades of culinary mastery and an unwavering passion for crafting unforgettable dining experiences.

Hailing from Lafayette, Louisiana, yet raised in Washington D.C., Chef David embarked on his culinary journey at a young age in New Orleans, where he immersed himself in the diverse array of flavors that characterizes the city. Heavily influenced by his mother, a much loved native of New Orleans and the inspiration for Tina’s, his culinary roots run deep, intertwining with cherished family traditions and soulful flavors.

After a brief sojourn at culinary school in the United States of America, Chef David embarked on a journey that led him through prestigious and esteemed settings such as country clubs and private residences, honing his skills and refining his palate. But it was his love of Bangkok’s culture and traditions that beckoned him back to the city where he would fulfill his dream of sharing the famous traditional and diverse flavors of New Orleans with its residents.

Armed with a lifetime of Creole and Cajun creations, as well as a pinch of Southern charm, Chef David is back in the bustling streets of Bangkok, ready to make his mark and share his rich culinary heritage with its eager residents. Experience an authentic and unique New Orleans fine dining experience as he and his team unveil a symphony of Louisiana soul, right in the heart of Thailand.

Yori Nathchayanonth

Director Of Operations

Yori was born and raised in the enchanting city of Chiang Mai. From there, her journey took her around the world as cabin crew for the prestigious Etihad Airways. Her adventurous spirit and love for exploration didn’t just stop at traversing different cultures and languages; it extended to savoring diverse global cuisines. Along this incredible odyssey, Yori stumbled upon a newfound passion—baking. What started as a discovery evolved into an online, made-to-order bakery, sprinkling sweetness locally. When not orchestrating operations, Yori is a perpetual learner, immersing herself in books or online classes, driven by a heartfelt desire to leave a positive imprint on the world.

Dedy Thunyavadee Jantima

Front of House Manager

With 12 years in aviation, Dedy traveled to every corner of the earth, before she returned to her hometown of Bangkok to complete her Masters degree and enter the world of fine dining. After spending time as the service manager for a 2 Michelin starred Bangkok hotspot, Dedy has joined Tina’s to bring a fresh and new feel to fine dining service in Sathorn.
